Shipping Policy
Once you have submitted your order, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days via your selected method. An e-mail notification will be sent to inform you of your shipped order.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your products, you can return them for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the order must be returned unused and in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping the products back for an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase within the 30 days, no additional shipping charges will be incurred when shipping the new exchanged products back to the customer. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method.
